How Can Tropical Drift Help?
Not every trip needs the same kind of planning. Some guests may want help arranging their entire itinerary, while others may simply need a few reservations or services organized before they arrive.
Tropical Drift can assist with the practical details, the memorable experiences, and everything in between.
For guests who want more support putting their trip together, Tropical Drift can help coordinate different aspects of the stay, including accommodations, transportation, dining, activities, and special arrangements.
The planning process is centered around your preferences, travel style, schedule, and budget, allowing recommendations to be selected specifically for your trip rather than from a standard itinerary.
Finding the right place to stay can make a major difference to your vacation. Tropical Drift can help guests explore selected hotels and villas based on their needs, whether they’re traveling as a couple, with children, as a family, or as part of a larger group.
Cladly can provide recommendations and assist with securing accommodations while sharing the applicable rates without adding an additional charge to the guest.
Transportation can be arranged for airport arrivals and departures as well as getting around the island during your stay.
Private SUVs and taxis can be organized for dinners, activities, shopping, and other outings, helping guests have transportation arranged without needing to coordinate everything themselves.
From planning a special dinner to finding somewhere for a casual evening, Tropical Drift can provide restaurant recommendations and assist with reservations.
Recommendations can be tailored for couples, families, groups, and special occasions depending on the type of dining experience you’re looking for.
Birthdays, proposals, honeymoons, anniversaries, and other special moments can be made even more memorable with help arranging room or venue decorations.
Tropical Drift can coordinate the setup based on the occasion and the guest’s preferences. A deposit is required before arrangements are secured, and deposits are non-refundable.
Guests can receive assistance securing golf tee times and rental clubs at Royal Turks & Caicos Golf Club, as well as tennis lessons and court experiences.
Day passes and court access may also be arranged for guests interested in pickleball, tennis, and available facilities at selected private properties.
There is much more to Turks & Caicos than spending the day at the beach. Tropical Drift can help guests discover and arrange experiences including private boat charters, sunset sails, snorkeling, scuba diving, fishing, ATV adventures, jet skiing, horseback riding, and more.
This service is particularly useful for guests who want to experience different resorts and beach settings during their stay without having to research and coordinate everything themselves.
